Free UK mainland delivery over £65

Most orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday ship the same day, delivered next working day. Tracking emailed to you as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery times

UK mainland orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday ship the same working day, arriving the next working day.

Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend ship the next working day.

Larger pieces and some fragile items ship on a two-day service. We'll tell you which applies before you check out.

If you need something urgently, write to us — we'll do everything we can.

Delivery cost

Free on UK mainland orders over £65.

Under £65, delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Most small orders cost a few pounds; larger or fragile pieces a little more.

For the avoidance of doubt: the price you see at checkout includes everything. No hidden charges on delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only as our default service.

Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may carry a delivery surcharge or a slightly longer delivery time, calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

We don't yet ship internationally. We're working on it — if you're outside the UK and there's a piece you'd love, write to us and we'll see what we can do.

Tracking your order

You'll get an email with a tracking number and a link the moment your order leaves us. Most carriers update tracking every few hours.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering on a working day, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, write to us at help@ensolighting.com and we'll resend it.

Receiving your order

Most of our pieces are delicate by nature. When your delivery arrives, please:

  • Inspect the outer packaging before signing for it. If it shows visible damage, note this clearly with the driver or refuse the delivery and let us know.
  • Open and check the contents within 48 hours of delivery, even if you're not ready to install or unpack fully.
  • If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, write to us at help@ensolighting.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll sort it.

For larger items, we may use a two-person delivery service. The carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

If you're not in

Most carriers will attempt re-delivery, leave with a neighbour, or hold at a local depot or collection point. Tracking will tell you what's happened and what to do next.

If a parcel is returned to us because no one was available across multiple delivery attempts, we'll be in touch to arrange re-dispatch (a re-delivery fee may apply).
