Is the Glow suitable for outdoor use in rain?
Yes, with an IP44 rating, the Glow is protected against splashing water from any direction, making it suitable for outdoor use on patios, balconies and in gardens. However, it shouldn't be submerged or exposed to high-pressure water jets. IP44 is the standard rating for general outdoor decorative lighting in the UK.
Can I replace the LED bulb in this solar lantern?
No, the Glow features an integrated 3W LED with a lifespan of many thousands of hours, and the bulb cannot be replaced. If the LED eventually fails after years of use, the entire unit would need replacing, though this is covered by the 2-year warranty should any faults occur.
