Installation difficulty is rated as easy for professionals, and it's suitable for plasterboard, timber joist, or concrete ceilings.
What bulb do I need for this 50cm bamboo pendant and is it dimmable?
You'll need one E27 screw-in bulb with a maximum wattage of 12W (bulb not included). The Oki is fully dimmable when paired with a dimmable E27 LED bulb and a trailing edge dimmer switch. For best results over a dining table, consider a warm white LED (2700K-3000K) at around 800-1000 lumens.
What are the dimensions and how low does the Oki pendant hang?
The bamboo shade measures 50 cm in diameter, making it ideal for dining tables or feature areas. Total drop height is 150 cm (1.5 metres) including the cable, but this is adjustable—you can shorten the cable during installation to suit your ceiling height and achieve your preferred drop length.
Can this bamboo pendant be used in a bathroom?
No, the Oki has an IP20 rating, which means it's only suitable for dry indoor locations and offers no moisture protection. It cannot be used in bathrooms or any areas where it might be exposed to water or high humidity. Stick to living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, or hallways.

Light output depends entirely on your chosen E27 bulb, as the fitting takes one bulb up to 12W maximum.
